Jared M. Haynie

Jared has extensive trial-level experience in litigating a variety of cases, including contract disputes; partnership disputes; fraud litigation; complex commercial disputes; arbitrations in a variety of forums; disputes with local, state, and federal governments; real estate litigation; employment disputes; construction litigation; land-use disputes; and civil rights litigation. His experience and skillset include formulating and carrying out an effective litigation strategy; conducting a case through trial; and, where appropriate, negotiating favorable settlements.

Jared graduated summa cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served on the law review as Executive Articles Editor. He was also an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. For two years, Jared worked as a deputy prosecutor gaining valuable courtroom experience. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a full-time lecturer-in-law at the Stanford Law School Religious Liberty Clinic. Jared is an Eagle Scout and enjoys camping, fishing, farming, and just about anything else he can do with his family in the outdoors.
